Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation Policy (Solution Provider)

You are able to cancel your silver or gold membership policy by following these steps:

  1. Click on ‘Login’ to logon into your account.
  2. Upon successful login, select ‘Membership Status’ from the menu list displayed under ‘Login’
  3. Under ‘Subscription’ tab, click on ‘Abandon’ to cancel the subscription.

Subscription-based Product Cancellation Policy (Customer)

  1. Click on ‘Login’ to logon into your account.
  2. Upon successful login, select ‘My Account’ from the menu list displayed under ‘Login’
  3. Go to ‘Subscription’, the list of subscriptions you have purchased is displayed. (Refer to Screen 1 below)
  4. Click on ‘View’ to check out the subscription details (Refer to Screen 2 below)
  5. Click on ‘Cancel’ to cancel the subscription for the product purchased.
