Get Started As a *New Solution Provider*

1. Go to Membership Plans page and select either 2nd plan – “Solution Provider Annual Silver Membership” or 3rd plan – “Solution Provider Annual Gold Membership”
2. Click on ‘Join Now’ button. A registration screen with the respective plan selected earlier shall be displayed.
3. Click on ‘Register’ button.
4. You shall be able to receive three emails sent from InsureXpress (wei.xiao@insurexpress.tech).
   • Email 1 subject – “Pls activate your account”. Click on the link provided in the email for verification purpose to start to explore the website!
   • Email 2 subject – “You have created a new account”. No action is required on this email.
   • Email 3 subject – “Your Subscription is now active!” stating that your subscribed plan has been successfully activated. No action is required on this email.
5. [Important!] (Keep yourself logged in) Go to Become A Vendor page, select the corresponding “User Type” (Silver or Gold membership) for the membership plans you have paid for and upload company verification documents. Once we verify the legitimacy of the company, your vendor account will be activated with the plan subscribed.
6. You can start to access your Vendor Dashboard (insurexpress.tech) to set up your own company profile and upload your products! The vendor user guide can found from Docs >> Seller Documentation.
