Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at https://insurexpress.tech operated by InsureXpress.

As per our policy, digital products that are downloadable, licensed, or accessed on a subscription basis can’t be returned.

You are eligible for a full refund after deducting the transaction fees charged by the payment service provider (“Paypal”) within 30 days of your purchase. After the 30 day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

We encourage our customers or solution provider vendors to try the product (or service) in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

In order to be eligible for a refund

  • you have to raise the request within 30 calendar days of your purchase

In order to obtain a refund, pls raise the request under Contact page and select option “Membership Fee Refund” from “Purpose of Enquiry” dropdown list.

Sale:

You can get a refund for items on sale, provided the request is raised within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again or contact the bank.

Refund:

After we receive the refund request, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. You will be responsible for transaction fees charged by “Paypal” and are non-­refundable. For more details, pls refer to the below link:

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Note that it may take up to 30 business days for a refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.
